Type: Full-Time (37 hours per week)
Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 per year (Depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

Lead the production of transfer sheets, ensuring all products meet our high standards.

Oversee the entire production process from start to finish. Including Printing, Spraying, Cutting, Bagging transfer sheets.

Maintain accurate records of production and inventory.

Operate and maintain printing machines, always looking for ways to improve and optimise process.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfilment.

Continuously monitor quality control to ensure all products meet company standards.
Qualifications & Skills:

Good IT literacy, comfortable navigating computer files.

Strong manual dexterity and ability to handle delicate tasks with precision.

Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Previous experience in a similar production role is a plus but not required. This could be involving printing services.
