EU Import Duties & Taxes
We are now offering a DDP service (Delivery Duties Paid) to all customers in the EU (European Union) on orders below €150.
This means that no VAT value and no handling fees for VAT will be charged to customers at delivery, because we already took care of them. This will be displayed at checkout.
All items sent via DDP are fast tracked through customs. Europe delivery aim: 5-7 working days
Please be aware that DDP service would not cover for additional fees or customs charges - that the local custom regulations would decide to apply on the goods - these are solely the responsibility of the customer.
Any orders above €150 will be sent DDU (Delivery Duties Paid). This is due new shipping rules brought in after Brexit. However, we are currently working on a solution for this which will be available in the new year.
